Processing Time

All orders are hand-prepared and processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may extend slightly — each order is poured and packaged with precision.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking will become active within 24 hours.
We currently ship within the United States, with international options available soon.

Delivery

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Ba’sayra is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen weather events.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@basayra.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure your experience is handled with care.
